Downtown Guesthouse Reykjavik occupies one of Reykjavík's oldest buildings, originally housing telecommunications during World War II. Rooms include single, double, twin, and triple options with electric kettles, free tea and coffee, refrigerators, and stovetops. Some double rooms feature fireplaces, balconies with views of Mount Esja, and sofa beds. All rooms have free WiFi. Bathrooms and kitchen facilities are shared between 3-4 rooms.
Onsite Dining Options
The property houses Messinn, a popular seafood restaurant. Guests can also use the shared kitchen on the third floor, equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, cookware, and utensils. A bar/lounge serves drinks on site.
